Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Quirre account or using the Quirre service at quirre.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users of Quirre, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

Quirre is an AI agent that writes social media posts about your product and, with your authorisation, publishes them to social media accounts you connect. You describe your product and how you want to sound; Quirre generates posts on a schedule you set and sends them to your connected accounts.

Each connected account is set to one of two modes, which you control:

— Auto-publish: Quirre publishes posts to that account on schedule without asking you first. — Verify before posting: every post waits in your queue until you approve it individually.

The service also includes supporting tools (content generation, brand voice training, SEO features, analytics, and related features).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Automated publishing and your authorisation

This section is the most important one in these Terms. Please read it carefully.

When you connect a social media account to Quirre, you authorise us to publish content to that account on your behalf. If you enable auto-publish for an account, posts will be published under your name without any further review by you.

You acknowledge and agree that:

— Posts published by Quirre are published as you, appear to be authored by you, and are your posts for every purpose, including under the terms of the relevant social media platform. — You are solely responsible for all content published to your accounts through Quirre, whether or not you read it before it was published. — Choosing auto-publish is a decision to publish content you have not read. That is the purpose of the setting, and you accept the consequences of it. — You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Quirre complies with the terms of service, automation policies, and platform rules of every social media platform you connect. Some platforms restrict automated posting. We do not monitor or guarantee compliance on your behalf. — We are not responsible for any action taken against your social media accounts by a platform, including rate limiting, suspension, or permanent ban.

You may revoke this authorisation at any time by pausing autopilot, disabling a channel, or disconnecting the account from your settings page. Revocation stops future publishing; it does not remove content already published.

We do not review, moderate, or approve generated content before it is published in auto-publish mode. No human at Quirre sees your posts before they go out.

4. Account registration

You must create an account to use Quirre. You agree to:

— Provide accurate and complete information when registering — Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone — Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account — Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Quirre only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

— Use the service to generate or publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws — Connect a social media account you do not own or are not authorised to post to — Use the service to impersonate any person or organisation — Use the service to publish content in violation of a platform's terms, automation policy, or rate limits — Operate accounts at a scale or cadence intended to manipulate a platform's algorithm or trending systems — Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or infrastructure — Share your account access with others or resell access to the service — Use the service to infringe any intellectual property rights — Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or plan restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice or refund.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the product information, writing samples, brand voice descriptions, and other content you submit to Quirre ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service to you — including generating posts in your voice and publishing them to accounts you have connected.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership over posts Quirre generates for you.

7. AI-generated content

Quirre uses third-party AI (OpenAI) to generate the posts it writes and publishes. You acknowledge that:

— AI-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, off-brand, or unsuitable for publication, and may be published to your accounts before you see it if you have enabled auto-publish — We instruct the AI not to invent statistics, testimonials, results, or customer claims, but we cannot guarantee it never will. Content generated about your product may contain factual errors about your product. — You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything published to your accounts, including claims about your own product, pricing, or results. Where your industry is regulated, or where advertising and disclosure rules apply, complying with them is your responsibility, not ours. — We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs — Marketing results will vary and we do not guarantee any specific reach, engagement, or business outcome

If accuracy of every published post matters to you, use verify-before-posting mode. It exists for this reason.

8. Third-party platforms

Quirre publishes to social media platforms operated by third parties. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, not ours.

We depend on those platforms' APIs to function. You acknowledge that:

— Platforms may change, restrict, price, or withdraw API access at any time, which may reduce or remove Quirre's ability to publish on your behalf — Platform rate limits and quotas may delay or prevent posts from publishing — Access tokens expire and require you to reconnect your accounts periodically. Posts will not publish while an account needs reconnecting. — We are not liable for posts that fail to publish, publish late, or publish more than once due to a platform's behaviour

Where a post fails to publish, we will surface the failure in your queue. We do not guarantee delivery of any individual post.

9. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices are stated in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle, with prior notice by email.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

10. Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee. If Quirre isn't the right fit, email officialdolostudio@gmail.com within 14 days of your payment and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

A few things to note:

— The guarantee covers your most recent payment, made within the last 14 days. — Refunds are not available for accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms. — You're welcome to use the free plan to evaluate Quirre before upgrading at any time.

Once refunded, access to paid features ends.

11. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

— Downtime, outages, or service interruptions — Data loss or corruption — Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content — Third-party service failures (Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)

We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage.

12. Intellectual property

Quirre and all associated software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Quirre without our prior written permission.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without explicit permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quirre, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Quirre shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms — including sections 11 and 13 — removes or reduces any statutory right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, and where a term conflicts with such a right, that right prevails.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting officialdolostudio@gmail.com. Upon termination, autopilot stops immediately, any queued posts are discarded unpublished, your stored access tokens are deleted, and your remaining data is deleted within 30 days.

Deleting your Quirre account stops Quirre publishing to your social accounts. It does not delete posts already published to those accounts — you remain in control of those on the platform itself. We recommend also revoking Quirre's access from within each platform's own app settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. The European Commission also operates an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Quirre after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
