By creating a Quirre account or using the Quirre service at quirre.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms apply to all users of Quirre, including free and paid subscribers.
Quirre is an AI-powered marketing copilot designed to help founders and small businesses plan and execute marketing. The service includes Ask mode (AI marketing chat), Plan mode (personalised marketing playbooks), a copy generator, analytics, and related features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to use Quirre. You agree to:
— Provide accurate and complete information when registering — Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone — Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account — Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You agree to use Quirre only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
— Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws — Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or infrastructure — Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use — Share your account access with others or resell access to the service — Use the service to infringe any intellectual property rights — Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or plan restrictions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice or refund.
You retain ownership of the product information, chat messages, and other content you submit to Quirre ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We do not claim ownership over content you create using Quirre's AI features.
Quirre uses third-party AI (OpenAI) to generate marketing advice, plans, and copy. You acknowledge that:
— AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation — You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content — We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs — Marketing results will vary and we do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using Quirre
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are stated in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle, with prior notice by email.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
— Cancellation before the end of a billing period — Dissatisfaction with the service or AI-generated content — Unused time remaining on a subscription — Account suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms
We strongly encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate Quirre before upgrading to a paid plan. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from:
— Downtime, outages, or service interruptions — Data loss or corruption — Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content — Third-party service failures (Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of an outage.
Quirre and all associated software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Quirre without our prior written permission.
You may not use our name, logo, or branding without explicit permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Quirre, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Quirre shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting dmnlaali@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service, other users, or third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Quirre after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
